The Summit Group LLC was formed to leverage the skills and experience of its three partners — Jonathan Pearlstein, Mike Sellers and Dan Clapp — in the commercial real estate field. The company started out by specializing in the acquisition of commercial/retail space for its clients. Over the past several years we've helped hundreds of retail operators search for, select, and negotiate business terms for store locations that meet their particular needs.

Through our experiences with franchise organizations such as Quiznos Sub, Taco Del Mar, and Garlic Jim's Famous Gourmet Pizza, we've expanded our service offering under our management services division, Summit Management Group, to include development services for expanding companies.
