Dan is an experienced business management professional specializing in sales and marketing. His additional areas of expertise include P & L management, business planning, market planning, strategic planning, and national sales management. His skills and experiences in business have been gained from numerous positions in the telecom and wireless communications industries where he held Director and Vice President level positions in sales and marketing.

He got his start in real estate by acquiring sites for the expansion of the Quiznos Sub franchise throughout western Washington and Oregon. Mr. Clapp has also been involved with the market planning and real estate acquisition of other regional and national companies. He provides expanding franchise organizations with sales and marketing services through Summit Management Group, a division of Summit Real Estate Group, LLC.
