Mike has a long list of national and regional clients for which he has served as the exclusive tenant representative. Mike's responsibilities for his clients have included landlord, tenant, franchisee, real estate developer, contractor, franchisor and area developer relations. Mike has consulted and helped franchise and non-franchise companies develop and expand their brands locally, regionally and on a national scale.

Mike’s background is deeply rooted in retail and food service: he founded Silver Streak Sandwich Express in 1983, a lunch delivery company that expanded into three retail outlets as well as the first company to deliver box lunches in the Seattle area. In 1998 his company went international by opening it's first overseas operation in Dublin, Ireland.

Mike has been involved in coaching both boys’ and girls’ basketball teams in his community and is a member of the North Bend Economic Development Commission.
